Due to the unique and fragile nature of our products, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds. However, we are well aware “things happen” and in that spirit we will work with you to make it right if we find ourselves in that situation.
We no longer ship due to the relative flakiness of delivery services. We’re a small business and simply cannot subsidize any shipper’s incompetence. Setting that aside, if you order something for an event, you know Tipsy shipped it, and it’s simply lost in shipping, you are now disappointed. We simply can’t have that any longer.
